Ravi Singhal, aged 46 years, is our Promoter, Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He holds bachelor’s degree in commerce from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur.He has been a Director in our Company since May 19, 2009 and was appointed as a Managing Director and was designated as a Chairman with effect from April 01, 2023. He has over 25 years of experience in steel trading and manufacturing business.

Sandeep Agrawal, aged 52 years, is an Executive Director of our Company He has completed his higher secondary education. He has been an Executive Director in our Company since May 19, 2009 and has over 22 years of experience across various industries such as steel, iron, power generation, electrical wire, cable and pipes industry.

Vikas Agrawal is the Executive Director of the Company. He has been associated with our Company since February 01, 2010 as a Manager -Plant and thereafter was appointed as the President (Plant) on April 01, 2023. In Fiscal 2025, he received an aggregate compensation of ₹ 3.6 million.

Subhash Chander Verma, aged 80 years, is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds bachelor’s degree in arts from Punjab University. He has also obtained a certificate as a certified associate from the Indian Institute of Bankers. Prior to joining our Company, he has retired from Punjab National Bank as a deputy general manager.
