Ravi Singhal, aged 43 years, is our Promoter, Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He holds bachelor’s degree in commerce from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur.He has been a Director in our Company since May 19, 2009 and was appointed as a Managing Director and was designated as a Chairman on March 25, 2023. He has over 19 years of experience in steel trading and manufacturing business.

Sandeep Kumar Agrawal, aged 50 years, is an Executive Director of our Company He has completed his higher secondary education. He has been an Executive Director in our Company since May 19, 2009 and has over 19 years of experience across various industries such as steel, iron, power generation, electrical wire, cable and pipes industry.

Sanjay Goyal, aged 57 years, is an Executive Director of our Company. He holds a bar council certificate of Madhya Pradesh.He is responsible for finance and legal affairs of our Company. He has been an Executive Director in our Company since September 6, 2013 and has over 19 years of experience in steel industry.

Subhash Chander Verma, aged 78 years, is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds bachelor’s degree in arts from Punjab University. He has also obtained a certificate as a certified associate from the Indian Institute of Bankers. Prior to joining our Company, he has retired from Punjab National Bank as a deputy general manager.

He has been associated with Kedia Distilleries Limited, Madhya Desh Papers Limited as Store Officer, Manju Agro Private Limited (Importer and Exporter) with the Purchase/ Liaisoining Department, S.K. Sarawagi and Company Private Limited as Manager (Purchase),Monnet Ispat Limited as Assistant Manger (Stores), INDSIL Hydro Power and Manganese Limited as Manager (Purchase) and Hira Steels as Manager (Purchase). He also has expertise in project planning and material procurement relating to steel products.
