He has over eight years of experience in finance and accounts. During Fiscal 2023, he was not paid any remuneration from our Company.

Aakansha Vaid, is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. She was appointed as a company secretary on May 22, 2023 and subsequently was designated as a Compliance Officer pursuant to a board resolution dated May 22, 2023. She is qualified company secretary and an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has 10 years of experience in secretarial and compliance affairs of companies. During Fiscal 2023, she was not paid any remuneration from our Company.

Vinay Agrawal is the Administrative Officer of our Company. He joined our Company on July 18, 2009 as Executive Director. During Financial Year 2023, he received a remuneration of ₹2.40 million.
