Divyavijay Singh Vaid, is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He holds bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Mumbai. He has been associated with our Company since May 1, 2023. He has over eight years of experience in finance and accounts. During Financial Year 2025-26, he received a remuneration of 1.80 million.
(Company Secretary & Compliance Officer)
CS Shalaka Modi serves as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Sky Alloys and Power Limited, bringing over nine (9) years of professional experience in corporate secretarial practice, legal compliance, and strategic corporate governance.
She plays a pivotal role in ensuring the Company’s comprehensive compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, including the Companies Act, 2013 and key SEBI regulations. Her responsibilities include managing end-to-end secretarial functions, providing critical support to the Board and its committees, overseeing corporate restructuring initiatives, and ensuring accurate and timely regulatory filings and disclosures.
Ms. Modi is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and also holds an MBA in Finance, enabling her to effectively integrate legal, financial, and strategic perspectives. She is committed to strengthening governance frameworks and upholding the highest standards of transparency, integrity, and corporate responsibility across the organization. During Financial Year 2025-26, she received a remuneration of 0.84 million.
